How to multiply a whole number into a fraction?

Greetings!

To multiply a fraction, both terms must be a fraction.
To turn a whole number into a fraction (without changing the value of the number), we put 1 as the denominator:

Example:
8=8/1

Now that you have terms as fractions, you can multiply them by eachother:
8/1*2/5
=16/5

Hope this helps.
