To determine which graph is represented by the table we need to remember how we graph points using polar coordinates.

The angle theta tells us whicha angle we need to meausre from the positive horizontal axis.

The radius tells us how far from the origin the point is.

Then to find a point we meausre the angle from the positive horizontal axis and then we find the distance from its center.

With this in mind and naming some of the lines given in the graphs we have that:

From this graph, with the labels on it we notice that we have the points given in the table; and for this reason we conclude that this is the right graph.
