* 10 - 8=19.5
4.6 *10 - 3= 43
19.5 * 43=838.5

2.75 times 10 is 27.5 minus 8 is 19.3.
4.6 times 10 is 46 minus 3 is 43
Then 19.3 times 43 equals 829.9.
so your answer is 829.9.
