Let the given equation is

$\begin{gathered} (3)/(5)x+2=5.6 \\ (3)/(5)x=5.6-2 \\ (3)/(5)x=3.6 \\ x=3.6*(5)/(3) \\ x=(18)/(3) \\ x=6 \end{gathered}$

Hence the value of x is 6.
