In this problem we have that

m<1 +m<2=180 -----> by form a linear pair (supplementary angles)

substitute the given values

(3x+6)+(8x-2)=180

solve for x

11x+4=180

11x=180-4

11x=176

x=16

Find the measure f angle 2

m<2=(8x-2)

substitute the value of xc

m<2=8(16)-2

m<2=126 degrees
