f(x) = 5x³-2x+5

The end behavior of a polynomial is the behavior of the graph when:
x→ + ∞ and x → - ∞

when x → + ∞, f(x) → +∞

and when x → - ∞ , f(x) → - ∞

You follow the sign of the greatest exponent , that is 3 (on 5x³)

f ( x) = 5x^3 - 2x + 5

y = 5x ^3 - 2x + 5

LEFT END = RISING & RIGHT END = RISING
