the answer to this question is less activation in the left frontal lobe.
The left frontal lobe is the primary part of our brain to do the language-related tasks. After being exposed to the visual word for the first time, the Frontal Lobe has to do more effort in processing the new information and will to lesser after it is used/exposed to it, which explains the less activation on the second fmri
