How might the pain below the right scapula in this patient relate to the presence of fatty stools?

The gallbladder is an organ attached to the the liver, under the rib cage on the right side. When these symptoms are combined, they are an indicator of gallstones. The fatty stool suggests there may be a blockage preventing the collected bile from the gallbladder from digesting the food properly.
