We have

For the domain are all the possible values of x that the function can use as we can see the domain are all the number from minus infinity to infinity except -3

For the range are all the possible values of the function in other words all the possible values in the y-axes we can see it is

[tex]1

we have different intervals of continuty

[tex]-\inftyand we have two discontinuities one in -3 and the other one in 3 it can see it in the graph as the unfilled circles.
