Frequency table

Analyzing the frequency table we have see that there are three possible of preferred pets:

Dog, cat or fish.

We want to find the number of females that do not prefer cats.

We can see on the total of females that there are 242:

Since there are 50 that prefer cats out of 242:

the number of females that do not prefer cats might be the rest, it is to say:

242 - 50 = 192

Answer: 192 females do not prefer cats.
