Volume of the prism will be


\begin{gathered} V=7*14.5*10.5 \\ =1065.75\text{ cubic f}eet \end{gathered}

It is given that weight per cubic feet is 0.39 pounds so weight in 1065.75 cubic feet will be:-


\begin{gathered} 0.39*1065.75 \\ =415.6425 \end{gathered}

So weight of contents in the contents in the container will be 416
