From the graph we get that:

The vertex of the parabola 1 has coordinates (5,4), and its equation is:

y=(x-5)^2+4

The vertex of parabola 2 has coordinates (-3,-2), and its equation is:

y=(x-(-3))^2+(-2)=(x+3)^2-2
