we are told to complete the tables using the same ratio. To do that we need to multiply each number in the upper row by the same number to get the number in the lower row. Or divide the same number in the lower row to get the number in the upper row. In the case of table 4 we have that in the first column the numbers:

\begin{gathered} 1 \\ 9 \end{gathered}

Therefore, we need to multiply the number in the first row by 9, to get the number in the lower row. Therefore, for the second column we have:

\begin{gathered} 3 \\ 27 \end{gathered}

Since 9x3 = 27. In the third column:

\begin{gathered} 5 \\ 45 \end{gathered}

Since 9x5 = 45. In the fourth row:

\begin{gathered} 7 \\ 63 \end{gathered}

Since 9x7=63. In the final row:

\begin{gathered} 9 \\ 81 \end{gathered}

Since 9x9 = 81. And thus we complete the table.

The complete table would be:

\begin{bmatrix}{1} & 3 & {5} \\ {9} & {27} & {45} \\ {} & {} & {}\end{bmatrix}\begin{bmatrix}{7} & {9} & {} \\ {63} & {81} & {} \\ {} & {} & {}\end{bmatrix}
