m = (-5/4)n - 2

To solve for m, you need to isolate m on one side by performing the same function to both sides. So starting with:
-5n = 4m + 8

Subtract 8 from both sides
-5n - 8 = 4m

Divide both sides by 4
(-5/4)n - 2 = m

Swap sides
m = (-5/4)n - 2
