We have to solve:

\begin{gathered} 5(x+6)-2x=3(x+10) \\ 5\cdot x+5\cdot6-2x=3\cdot x+30 \\ 5x+30-2x=3x+30 \\ 5x-2x-3x=30-30 \\ 0=0 \end{gathered}

It is an identity: any value of x satisfy this equation.
