Ten minutes of swimming because, it helps exercise every muscle in your body while the other options exercise a few

A lot of these are anaerobic exercises,  you want an exercise more focused on the aerobic exercises (more cardio involved exercises), like ten minutes of swimming will really get your heart going compared to most of these exercises.
