According to the picture from tip to tip of each semisphere the length is 16mm and the length of the cylinder is 10mm, it means the radius of the semisphere is 3mm

\begin{gathered} 16-10=6 \\ (6)/(2)=3 \end{gathered}

Then you can find the volume of the cylinder using the equation

\begin{gathered} V=l\cdot\pi\cdot r^2 \\ V=10\cdot\pi\cdot3^2 \\ V=90\pi \end{gathered}

The volume of the cylinder is 90 pi cubic mm

Now find the volume of the sphere that is formed by the 2 semisphere.

\begin{gathered} V=(4)/(3)\pi\cdot r^3 \\ V=(4)/(3)\pi\cdot3^3 \\ V=(4)/(3)\pi\cdot27 \\ V=36\pi \end{gathered}

The volume of the sphere is 36 pi cubic mm

The total volume of the figure is the sum of both volumes

90\pi+36\pi=126\pi

The volume is 126 pi cubic mm
