.275 would be equal to 11/40... There is no mixed number as an answer to this question because it is less than zero, and can not have an integer.along side the proper fraction.
If you mean 275% the answer would be 2 3/4

so what i would do would be put 275/1000 then keep simplifying so 55/200, then 11/40 since 11/40 cant be reduced 11/40 would be your answer
