1. It's is very corrosion basically could leave skin irratated
2. If mixed with other cleaning things could send off a dangerous gas
3. VERY TOXIC

Answer: Bleach can be used as disinfectant but there are many advantages and disadvantages of using it. It is used to kill the harmful microorganisms present in an area.

  • Bleach has a very strong odor which is not good for the person who is in contact with the bleach using it as a disinfectant.
  • It can damage the nostrils and skin of the person using it
  • It is harmful for the environment when it is disposed in water fishes may die due its corrosive nature
  • It releases chlorine and ammonia gas when reacts with any other chemical
  • The gaseous form of bleach is inhaled by the person and pets present at the place where it is used. This inhalation for a shorter or longer time is dangerous in terms of their health.
