We have the next formula

W=mg

W is the weight, m is the mass and g is the gravity.

In our case

W=14N

g=9.8 m/s^2

We substitute the values

14=m(9.8)
m=(14)/(9.8)=1.4\text{ kg}

ANSWER

m=1.4 kg
