Certain actions would be considered as a part ii offense if the offense is not generally considered as the one that cause serious damage.

Larceny theft happen when a certain individual take the possession of other individuals without actually facing the owners . In united states, Larceny theft is considered as an offense that cause serious damage and categorized as part i offense.

2. Larceny-theft

From the case, the perpetrators of the crime stole the radio without making any confrontation to the onwer of the radio.

Because of this, the case above could be considered as a larceny theft. Punishment for larceny theft tend to be lighter compared to robbery and arson.

NCVS stands for National Crime Victimization Survey. The survey was first started in 1972 is being done to know the characteristic, consequences, and the frequency of crime victimization that occured in united states. This survey is carreid out by the Bureau of Justice Statistic Two times in one year.
