The standard equation of a circle with center C(a, b) and radius r is given by:

(x-a)^2+(y-b)^2=r^2

thus for C(a, b)=C(7, 5) and radius r=4, the equation is given by:

(x-a)^2+(y-b)^2=r^2\\\\(x-7)^2+(y-5)^2=4^2

Answer:

(x-7)^2+(y-5)^2=4^2
