Situation: Your friend is out of shape. He can’t play sports with you for very long. You really want to play sports with your friend. You just learned about the F.I.T.T principles in school.


What would you suggest to your friend that he do about being out of shape?

How would you convince him to use the F.I.T.T principles to help his current condition?

you could ask him/she if they wanted to come out side for 5mins then 10 the 15 the 20 and so on

but if that dousnt work give them a health talk talk about how being out of shape can affect how u like ur child hood and say that no o e can like aithout exersise and that thdy can do it
