The answer would be Triglyceride.

Triglycerides is a main constituent of body fat. One gram of fat will yield more than double the amount of energy that a carbohydrate and protein will yield, which means that triglyceride is the answer. (credit to the dude/girl that also answered the question)

There are three major food macro molecules, these are carbohydrate, protein and lipids. When taken as food, the food macro molecule that produce the highest energy is FAT. One gram of fat will yield more than double amount of energy that carbohydrate and protein will yield.
