b:
A cab charges 1.45 for the flat fee
a:
and 0.55 for each mile
x: miles she can travel
y: total money she has (35$)
so: 35>0.55 x + 1.45
solve for x:
0.55 x < 35 - 1.45
x< 61

m = mile
.55m + 1.45 [less than or equal to] 35
subtract 1.45
.55m = 33.55
divide by .55
m = 61 miles or less
