Ocean wave
Both ocean waves and sound waves require a medium but ocean waves are transverse.

I would say the correct answer is ocean waves.
Although light waves and microwaves also require a medium, they don't require that medium to move. Sound waves are a type of transverse waves, however, they are longitudinal, unlike ocean waves, which makes them incorrect here. Ocean waves are transverse, and given that they only appear in water, they also require their medium (water) to move in order to be created.
