How do you make $2.161616 as a fraction and a mixed number

Essentially, if you want something repeating, you want a 9 in your denominator - 0.22 repeating would be 2/9 or 22/99 and 0.16 repeating would be 16/99. Therefore, 2+16/99 is a mixed number and (198+16)/99=214/99 as a fraction
