Ok, from the table we observe that the probability could be 6 or 7, because the problem mentions the word "at least".

Then, from the table we see the the probability of 6 = 0.31 and the probability of 7 = 0.23

Finally, to obtain the result just sum these numbers = 0.31 + 0.23

Result P = 0.54

Then it must be = 0.23 + 0.11 + 0.26 + 0.09

= 0.69
