Answer:

Explanation:

Use the midpoint formula.

Add the x's togther and then divide that by 2. Same thing goes for the y's.

-1+5=4; 4/2=2

-2+(-4)=-6; 6/2=-3

So, m=(2,-3)

(2,-3) since the line from point to point goes up two and over six, the midpoint would be up one and over three, or (2,-3)
