Start by multiplying both sides of the equation by 7 (the common denominator).

7 \left((6z)/(7) -27 \right)=7\left((21-4z)/(7) \right) \\ 6z-189=21-4z

Add 4z to both sides.

10z-189=21

Add 189.

10z=210 \\ z=21
