We have the experssion:

2x-3y=6

From this we can solve for y:

y=(2)/(3)x-2

Now, we start our table, form -10 to 10:

x = -10 => y = -26/3

x = -9 => y = -8

x = -8 => y = -22/3

x = -7 => y = -20/3

x = -6 => y = -6

x = -5 => y = -16/3

x = -4 => y = -14/3

x = -3 => y = -4

x = -2 => y = -10/3

x = -1 => y = -8/3

x = 0 => y = -2

x = 1 => y = -4/3

x = 2 => y = -2/3

x = 3 => y = 0

x = 4 => y = 2/3

x = 5 => y = 4/3

x = 6 => y = 2

x = 7 => y = 8/3

x = 8 => y = 10/3

x = 9 => y = 4

x = 10 => y = 14/3

Here is the graph:
