What is Plato's opinion of tyranny as a way of governing a state?

He disliked tyranny because he believed that tyrants are easily corrupt and have too much power. His idea was that of an oligarchy where philosophers would be in charge and decide together on what needs to be done. People couldn't vote for them or similar things so it would be a bit authoritarian.
