Hey There! :)

To Solve for t.

h(t)=7(t-25)
Distribute the brackets.

h(t)=7*t-7*25

h(t)=7t-175
Subtract 7t from both sides.

(h(t))-7t=(7t-175)-7t

(h(t)-7t=-175

h*t-7t=-175
Factor out variable, t.

t(h-7)=-175
Divide both sides by h-7.

(t(h-7))/h-7=(-175)/h-7

t=-175/h-7

Hope this helps!
