I'm pretty sure it's a scientific theory because it's an example of a law and it's not the exact words! So sorry if this is wrong

Answer:

Boyle's law

Step-by-step explanation:

  • As the gases n the balloon are light they inflate the balloon and with the constant temperature these gases rise up and the balloon takes up and due to the increased volume of the gases with the incensing pressure this is stated by the Boyle's law as the pressure of a gases tends to rise and increase the volume of the container then decreases as the pressure decreases.
