SOLUTION

The original model for quadratic function is


y=x^2

From the image given, it is observe that the graph has under the following transformation


\begin{gathered} It\text{ is shifted up by 1 unit } \\ which\text{ is +1 to the }the\text{ main function .} \end{gathered}
y=x^2+1

And


\begin{gathered} \text{Shifted to the left by 1 unit } \\ +1\text{ to x} \end{gathered}
y=(x+1)^2+1

Hence the quadractic function that model th graph is


y=(x+1)^2+1

The quadratic function that model the graph is y=(x+1)²+1
