Vertical shrink factor = 1/2

So, f(x) = 1/2 g(x)

\begin{gathered} g(x)=(1)/(2)f(x) \\ \text{ where, f(x)=2x+6} \\ g(x)=(1)/(2)(2x+6) \\ g(x)=x+3 \end{gathered}

Answer : g(x) = x + 3
