The slope is the change in y divided by the change in x.
so we have two points:
(-1,9) and (9,9)
x1=-1
x2=9
y1=9
y2=9
and the slope = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1) = (9-9)/(9+1) = 0
Zero slope means this line is horizontal (parallel to the x-axis)
hope that helps
