1.3 mile every 1 second
546 miles ..........? seconds
546 / 1.3 = 420 seconds
420 / 60 = 7 minutes (60 seconds = 1 minute)

Rearrange the formula to solve for time. Which is the distance over the rate. Then divide 546 meters by 1.3 meters per second. The meter units cancel each other out leaving you with : t: 420.
