I think the correct answer would be B. PCP, cocaine, and opium are placed in schedule II of the controlled substances act. This act establishes the drug policy of US under this is the regulation of the manufacture, possession, importation, the use and distribution of specific substances. In this legislation, there are five schedules that is used to classify each substance. Schedule II substances are those substances where it has a high possibility for abuse however it has an accepted medical application in the US. Also, to qualify in this group, the use of the substance would lead to severe physical and psychological dependence.
