The volume of a cylinder is given by:

\begin{gathered} V=\pi r^2h \\ \end{gathered}

Where:

V = Volume = 650cm³

r = Radius

h = Height = 10cm

Therefore, solve for r:

\begin{gathered} r^2=(V)/(\pi h) \\ r=\sqrt[]{(V)/(\pi h)} \\ r=\sqrt[]{(650)/(10\pi)} \\ r\approx4.5\operatorname{cm} \end{gathered}

Answer:

r = 4.5cm
