y = mx + b
slope(m) = 4/3
(-2,2)...x = -2 and y = 2
now sub and find b, the y int
2 = 4/3(-2) + b
2 = - 8/3 + b
2 + 8/3 = b
6/3 + 8/3 = b
14/3 = b
ur equation is : y = 4/3x + 14/3...or 4x - 3y = -14
