The eighth step in the troop-leading process is supervision.
After finishing the plan and issuing the complete one, you should follow this by supervision in order to make sure that everything is moving and working according to the submitted plan.
The eight steps are as follows:
- Receiving the requirments
- issuing the warning order
- making a tentative plan
- starting the required movement
- reconnoiter
- completing and finalizing the plan
- issuing the finalized plan
- supervision
