Move 11% to the left 2 times = 0.11
Next, add 1 + 0.11 = 1.11
Then, multiply 39,600 * 1.11 = 43,956
43,956 will be your answer

43956 yu take the original price and times it by .11 then at that to the price f the original and that is your new price
