Problem

3(7/5x + 4) - 2(3/2 - 5/4x)

Solution

For this case we can start distributing the terms and we got:

3*(7/5x) + 3*4 - 2*(3/2) + 2*(5/4 x)

And if we simplify we got:

21/5x +12 -3 + 10/4x

Now we can aggrupate the terms and we got:

(21/5 +10/4) x + (12-3)

67/10 x + 9
