Hi!

First find the area of the square.
To do this, find the length of one of the sides.

4 + 4 = 8

Since it's a square, all of the sides are 8.

8 x 8 = 64

Now find the area of the circle. (r² · π)

4² · π = 50.27

64 - 50.27 = 13.73

The answer is 13.73

Hope this helps! :)
