PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!

1. For a party, Susan estimated there would be 14 people in attendance, but only 12 showed up. What was the percent error in her estimation?

2. Find the percent error in this situation:
Estimated value: 231
Actual value: 215

3. Find the percent error in this situation:
Experimental value: 16.5 sec
Theoretical value: 17.1 sec

4. Find the percent error in this situation:
Estimated value: 1081
Actual value: 1150

1) 85.7%

2) 93%

3) 96.5%

4) 94%

Sorry if any of these are wrong. I used the formula a/w= p/100. a is the part, w is the whole and p is the percent.

The formula for percent error is:

((Approximate value - exact value) / exact value) x 100

1) 14-12 = 2

2/12 = 0.1666

0.166 x 100 = 16.7% (Rounded to nearest tenth)

2) 231 - 215 = 16

16/215 = 0.74419

0.74419 x 100 = 7.4419% ( Round as needed)

3) 17.1 - 16.5 = 0.6

0.6/16.5 = 0.36364

0.36364 x 100 = 3.6364% (Round off as needed)

4) 1081 - 1150 = -69

-69/1150 = -0.06

-0.06 x 100 = -6% = 6% error
