MN+NO=MO

Where N is the midpoint of MO

Therefore:

MN = NO

MN = 8

NO = 8

8 + 8 = MO

MO = 16

Now:

MO + OQ = MQ

If O is the midpoint of MQ:

MO = OQ

OQ = 16

Therefore:

MQ = 16 + 16 = 32
