So since 3^2 = 9 < 12, 4^16 > 12, then 4 will be the first number of the sum
Since 6^2 = 36 < 40, 7^2 = 49 > 40, then 6 will be the last number of the sum
Therefore, the sum of integers is: 4+5+6 = 15
