Alexander Dubcek was a Czechoslovakian politician who initiated the "Prague Spring" in the 60`s. he promised a new system known as "Socialism with human face". Dubcek and other leaders of this movement were arrested. He returned in the beginning of the 90`s to help the peaceful overthrown of the communism in Czechoslovakia and he was made a president once more. Soviet army left Czechoslovakia in 1991.
