Read the sentence and answer the following question: I'm all about using the latest social media to further the goals of scientific inquiry. Which change would make this sentence more precise?

Change all about to interested in.

The expression "all about" might mean that it is something that you like so much that it can almost serve as an answer to who you are. Also, it doesn't really fit the idea very well since the phrase is talking about the latest social media.

If you change it to "interested in", it might sound more precise, since it is something that you will do once you can use the latest social media. If not that you could put media in the plural form. If the latter is done, you might also consider changing "all about" to "enjoy".
